Privacy Policy: Tierwise

Tierwise: Quantity Breaks ("the app", formerly Bulk Tier Pricing) is a Shopify app published by Dixon App Studio LLC ("we", "us"). It is built so that we hold as little data as possible: the app has no database and stores no merchant, customer or order data on our servers.
What the app processes

The storefront widget sets no cookies and loads no trackers. We do not collect analytics about your shoppers.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share any data. Our processors are Shopify (the platform and its billing) and Cloudflare, which serves the app's admin page and receives Shopify's privacy webhooks. We never see card details.
Your rights and deletion
- Uninstalling the app deletes its functions, settings and app-owned metafields from your store (Shopify removes them).
- We honour Shopify's
customers/data_request,customers/redactandshop/redactwebhooks. Because we store no customer or store data, there is nothing on our side to export or delete, and we confirm that to Shopify. - Questions or requests: support@dixonappstudio.com. We answer within 30 days.
